Since I moved to Edinburgh in 2016, I've visited dozens of salons for hair, nail and other treatments.
However, being a working mum, it's a nightmare to wonder around town hoping that somewhere will have availability when I'm free.
There are some amazing salons around, but their appointment booking process is so frustrating to use, or simply non-existant, so I DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.
And if I didn't book with them, so many like me aren't booking with them either. And what's the cost of that? How much money are these salons losing every month by not having a easy-to-use booking system?
